Job purpose

The missions of the Human resources assistant are varied and scalable according to the training, the need of the company and the profile of the  recruited candidate. During the apprenticeship, the candidate will assist the head of administration, finance and HR department in administrative tasks oriented to human resources. During the course of their mission, the person will be required to manage several tasks at the same time, the main ones of which are described below.

Source and nature of management provided

The Human Resources Assistant will be supervised directly by the Finance and HR Manager, whom she will be brought to work closely with.

Staff management responsibility

The person recruited will be responsible for processing, communicating and transferring reliable and comprehensive data. It will contribute to the smooth functioning of the human resources department.

Special conditions

From time to time, the post holder may be asked to assist with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. This will form part of a substantive role and no additional payment for these activities should be expected.

Main duties and responsibilities

1) Administrative monitoring of staff (new entrants, mutual declaration, archiving of records, medical examination...)
2) Management of Paid Leave

3) Absence and Illness Tracking
4) Monitoring of training and participation in the preparation of the training plan
5) Drafting of information and follow-up documents (dashboards...) and creation of job sheets

6) Follow-up and responses to applications received according to the recruitments made
7) Optimisation of HR function tools / be a force for proposing HR procedures
8) Follow-up of HR partners (OPCO, Pole emploi, etc.)

9) Other tasks based on skills development

Specification

Essential Qualifications/Experience/Attributes

BTS HR / BTS SAM in support of managerial action / BTS in SME management / DUT GEA in business and administration management / Professional license in HRM: Assistant / Professional License in Human Resources Management.

Professional training - Professional retraining accepted.

Basic knowledges of labour and employment law
Communication
Control of office automation and computer software specific to HR management

Excellent French spelling and grammar

Desirable Qualifications/Experience/Attributes

Internship or other experience in an HR department

Reasonable standard of spoken and written English
