BeFC invited to present its eco-friendly organic biofuel cell as a solution for National Security and Defense challenges; at the Dual Technology Showcase of Mass. Innovation Network

BeFC is delighted to announce its participation at the Dual Technology Showcase, organised by the Massachusetts Innovation Network in collaboration with Blue Institute Labs and NorthStar Campus on September 12.

BeFC at the Dual Technology Showcase

BeFC had the privilege of being amongst the carefully curated pool of 17 ground-breaking startups with dual-use technologies to present its solution for National Security and Defense challenges. Sofia Malferrari, our Business Developer represented BeFC at the Dual Technology Showcase and had the opportunity to present our eco-friendly energy solution during her pitch for the U.S. Department of Defense.

BeFC’s sustainable energy solution in the Dual Technology Ecosystem

BeFC presented its biodegradable, lightweight and flexible biofuel cells during the event. The panel included sustainability and cutting-edge tech startups such as 13 Mari or BlkSail, along with other actors of the future. The products notably leveraged Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotic solutions and progressive technologies in the service of ecological economic development.

The showcase also provided a great occasion to deepen our understanding of the dual technology field ecosystem and exchange with its leaders and supporters. We are thrilled to see the growing interest in BeFC’s bio-sourced energy solution! This rich give and take created momentum and opportunity for the community to learn, develop and grow. For us; disruptive startups, forming and nurturing these strong bonds, is the stepping stone for community transformation. In a nutshell, there’s nothing like meeting other motivated entrepreneurs ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow!

The result of a cooperation between Massachusetts innovation Network, Blue Institute Labs and NorthStar Campus

All of this was possible thanks to the partnership of the Massachusetts Innovation Network, the Blue Institute Labs and NorthStar Campus. BeFC is proud to be the guest of such a thriving network. The Mass Innovation Network is an impactful organisation established to recognise, support and publicise innovation in the New England Region. The Blue Institute Lab’s mission is to support climate solution startups with business development and technical support amongst other tools and the NorthStar Campus aims to help the acceleration of industrial, security and innovation base.

We hope to see you on September 21, between 1:30 and 2:15 PM E.T. BeFC is looking forward to meeting and inspiring you.
