Originally from Roanne, Didier has a degree in Electronics and Maintenance of Office and Industrial Networks. He gained experience as a hardware maintenance technician (desktop and laptop computers) at the national computer maintenance center of a major retail group. He then took up a position as After-Sales Service Manager. He is also skilled in software and network administration for information systems.
Self-taught on Windows and Android environments, he can quickly troubleshoot any software problems.
