Aleksandrs graduated from the University of Bath, UK, with an MEng degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, where he then continued his studies towards obtaining a PhD in 2018. From 2019, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher on a commercial research project for Safran Landing Systems. As an electronic engineer, Aleksandrs is proficient in OrCAD Allegro, with a wealth of experience developing electronics including schematics, PCB layout, production and testing.
Aleksandrs leads the electronics development of our products. Specifically, he manages the hardware, firmware and software engineering. With his approach, BeFC aims to provide a diverse portfolio of capabilities with our electronic platforms whilst delivering on our company mission of low-cost and low-environmental impact electronic solutions.
