After completing a PhD in Mechanics and Chemical Engineering at Grenoble University, Jean-Francis joined Grenoble INP, where he obtained his Habilitation Degree. He has been the advisor of 20 PhD theses on surface and 3D structures. He published more than 300 international communications, and has examined articles in 28 international journals. He is an invited Professor at Harvard (US, 2011), UQTR (Canada, 2015), Lodz T.U. (Poland, 2016), Guangzhou T.U. (Chine, 2018), Darmstadt T.U. (Germany, 2018).
Jean-Francis delivers and encourages the highest standards of administration and compliance, whilst maintaining and developing institutional relations. He also leads our public funding applications.
